During this series, we will examine how each one of the seven major chakras connects to our Auric Field. We will look more closely at light wave lengths, the auric field and its interconnections, developing our senses to feel the energetic field and recognize its characteristics. and utilize asana, meditation, mantra, and pranayama practices that strengthen our energy bodies.
