Each week we will examine one of the seven major chakras starting at the root, Muladhara chakra and moving through this energetic system to our crown chakra, Sahasrara. During these sessions, we will practice deep listening and observing of the messages our physical and energetic bodies send to us as we open our energetic channels.This practice combines, gentle asana, meditation, mantra, and breath-work to assist you in releasing emotional, psychological, and physical stagnation.
